We provide psychology and mental health support for children, adolescents and adults. Our services are personalised, evidence-informed and shaped around each person’s needs, goals and circumstances.
We support people accessing this service through the NDIS, Medicare, private health insurance, TAC, Workcover and DVA.
We identify the reasons behind behaviours of concern and develop targeted strategies to reduce reliance on those behaviours. We then build on each person’s strengths to support positive relationships, communication, and coping skills.
We support people accessing this service through the NDIS.
We provide comprehensive assessments, focused therapy, and medication prescribing. Where needed, psychiatrist referrals are arranged for existing clients to support shared care. We also offer addiction treatment, with appointments available in person, by phone, or via telehealth.
We support people accessing this service through Medicare, NDIS and Victims of Crime.
Mental health support for individuals, families, and the wider community is essential. We provide behaviour support alongside mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults across Ballarat and surrounding areas, including our Alfredton and Delacombe locations. Appointments are available by enquiry — in person, by telephone, or by telehealth. For NDIS participants, we also offer outreach services and visit outreach locations when required. People access our psychology services through NDIS, Medicare (with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan), private health insurance, Work Cover, TAC, EAP, Victims of Crime, and self-funded options, including access to a mental health nurse practitioner for additional support, diagnosis or medication prescribing.

Clear Thinking Mental Health Group provides psychology services grounded in a whole of person approach. We take the time to understand your experiences, strengths and circumstances, not just your symptoms.
By considering emotional, social, physical and environmental factors, we work with you to develop practical strategies that support confidence, clarity and long-term wellbeing. Our approach is collaborative, respectful and tailored to your individual needs.
